How do I confirm my booking?
Fill the enquiry form above or WhatsApp/call us directly. We'll confirm room availability and share payment details. An advance of 30–50% confirms the booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash on arrival. Card payments are not available due to the remote mountain location.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Room rates are room-only by default. Breakfast (₹200/person), half-board (₹500/person), and full-board (₹800/person) options can be added at booking.
Can I get a pickup from Uttarkashi?
Yes! We can arrange a private taxi pickup from Uttarkashi, Bhatwari, or any location along the route for an additional charge. Please mention this in your booking enquiry.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 48 hours before check-in. 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours. No-show or same-day cancellation will be charged in full. Please contact us for emergencies or weather-related cancellations.
